La SCEA BRISSAULT est une exploitation agricole familiale représentant la 4^ème génération au lieu dit « Crève Cœur » à Parcé sur Sarthe. La principale activité est la production de volailles de Loué (Label Rouge) avec 8 poulaillers (poulets, dindes, canettes…). La surface agricole est de 130 ha avec des cultures irriguées (blé, orge, colza, maïs, pois, prairies…). Des panneaux solaires sont installés sur les hangars et les bâtiments avicoles. Des plantations dont des noyers sont implantées dans les prairies et les bordures des champs. Depuis 2024, la production d’huile de noix permet de compléter la gamme de la commercialisation de noix et de cerneaux de noix.

The SCEA BRISSAULT is the 4th generation family business at "Crève Coeur" in Parcé sur Sarthe. Our main activity is the rearing of Loué Poultry. A free range, high quality label. We have eight poultry sheds containing chickens, turkeys and ducklings. The farm is on 130 hectares of land with irrigated arable crops of wheat, barley, rapeseed, corn, peas and grass. There are solar panels on the sheds and poultry houses.

Walnut trees have been planted in the meadows of grass and along the borders of the fields. The production of walnut oil, has taken place since 2024, together with salty and sweet walnut kernels to complete the range now on sale.
